SEARCHTRIP Travel Services provides airline ticket booking, visa processing, and related travel services. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines/service providers. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective airline or service provider.

3. Booking & Payment
  • All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Ticket prices are subject to change until payment is confirmed.
  • All bookings are subject to airline confirmation.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, cash, and card.
4. Cancellation & Changes
  • Cancellation and change policies vary by airline and fare type.
  • Service fees may apply for cancellations, changes, or refund processing.
  • Refunds are processed according to the airline's refund policy.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary from 7 to 45 business days.
5. Passenger Responsibility

It is the passenger's responsibility to:

  • Provide accurate personal and travel document information.
  • Ensure valid passports, visas, and other travel documents are obtained.
  • Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before departure.
  • Comply with airline baggage policies and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability

SEARCHTRIP Travel Services shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by airlines.
  • Loss of baggage or personal belongings.
  • Denial of boarding due to invalid travel documents.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
